We normally aim to complete a survey for new enquiries within a few days and can discuss potential start dates for work during the survey. Once a customer accepts our estimate we will let you know the proposed start date for the work normally within 24 hours.

Within 12 months of completing the work we provide a no-cost fix. After 12 months we will honour any manufactures warranty on products and only charge the labour to install the faulty products.
